This meme is hosted by MizB @ Books and a Beat. Musing Mondays is a weekly meme that asks you to choose one of the following prompts to answer:
– I’m currently reading…
– Up next I think I’ll read…
– I bought the following book(s) in the past week…
– I’m super excited to tell you about (book/author/bookish-news)…
– I’m really upset by (book/author/bookish-news)…
– I can’t wait to get a copy of…
– I wish I could read ___, but…
– I blogged about ___ this past week…
I’ve decided today not to answer any of those prompts and just say that I’m most likely not going to do this weekly meme every week. I feel as though for this top section I have to think of something to say. Instead of doing Musing Mondays weekly, I’m going to do it when I actually have something to say, if that makes any sense at all.
THIS WEEK’S RANDOM QUESTION: Name a book you thought you wouldn’t like, but ended up loving.
Back when Eleanor and Park was the most read book in my school, I was skeptical. I was still in the phase where I read nothing but science fiction and fantasy. I tried reading contemporary before and it just never happened. That’s why I was skeptical about liking Eleanor and Park, but after my friend pushed me to read it, I ended up loving it so much.
Until next time….
