Celebrating the Little Things Tag

Thanksgiving is right around the corner, so I thought it would be a great time to celebrate everything I’m thankful for, even the little things.

I should be more thankful everyday for everything that I have and the world I live in instead of only being thankful for it on one day. I think Thanksgiving serves as a reminder to be thankful for what you have and see how far we’ve come since the beginning. It’s also a time to spend with family and friends and all be grateful together.

I was tagged by the lovely Heather over at The Sassy Book Geek! Thanks so much for tagging me!

Who was your very first follower (if you can find out)? Tag them and give them a shout out!

For some reason I can’t go to the last page that lists all my followers, so I’m just going to do this by memory. The first follower that I remember is Windie over at Dip Into Books.

What was the last milestone you reached?

The last one I remember receiving is my 500+ followers. I don’t remember exactly when I reached this milestone, but it was *maybe* in September.

What was the very first post you posted on your blog? Share it with us!

Ah. My first post. It’s actually super embarrassing. I didn’t know what I was doing. It’s called Hello Human! and it’s super short. Like, three sentences long.

Who was your most recent follower? Tag them and give them a shout out!

My most recent follower is Laylah @ I’m Booked By Books. Thanks so much!

What was the last post you posted and who was the very first person who took their time to click the like button? Give them a shout out!

My last post from at the time I’m writing this was The Unspoken Rules of Book Borrowing and I think the first person to like the post was Teacher of YA. Thanks so much for the support!

How many months have you been blogging for?

I’ve been blogging for one year and three months (15 months total). I started my blog in August 2015.

Do you have any bloggers you’re friends with? Give them a shout out.

Ah. This is when my social anxiety kicks in. I do not know whether or not these people consider me their friend, but I consider them really amazing bloggers that I talk to in the comments all the time.

The last tag I did was the Fall Activities Book Tag. It was created by Ashley over at Dreaming Through Literature.

Do you have any social media related to your blog?

All I have is Goodreads. I deleted my Twitter because I never used it. I don’t plan to get a Bookstagram because I’m not artsy with pictures.

Last but not least… just say thanks to all your followers.

YOU GUYS ARE FREAKING AMAZING AND THANK YOU FOR BEING SO SUPPORTIVE! You don’t know how much it means to me when you guys leave comments. As a person with social anxiety, someone taking the time to talk to me is a very humbling experience.

What a lovely post 🙂 I have social anxiety as well, so I completely understand what you mean about people commenting/showing interest in stuff you have put up. It makes my shoulders feel a bit lighter 🙂

Thanks for doing the tag Jessica, I loved reading your answers and yes I do consider you a blogging friend and I always look forward to chatting with you in comments! 🙂
Also I have to say adding the questions below for copying and pasting is a brilliant idea and definitely helpful for anyone doing the tag!
