Graphic Novels to Read to Catch up on your Goodreads Reading Goal

Having goals is a great way to stay motivated. However, sometimes reaching those goals can be difficult. Every year, I always overestimate how many books I can read. So, every December, I read a large amount of novellas and graphic novels to catch up and *hopefully* meet my goal of the year.

Here are a couple graphic novels that you could consider reading. Even if you don’t need to catch up on your Goodreads goal, you could still give these a shot.

Amulet series by Kazu Kibuishi

Hyperbole and a Half

This is a book I wrote. Because I wrote it, I had to figure out what to put on the back cover to explain what it is. I tried to write a long, third-person summary that would imply how great the book is and also sound vaguely authoritative–like maybe someone who isn’t me wrote it–but I soon discovered that I’m not sneaky enough to pull it off convincingly. So I decided to just make a list of things that are in the book:
