Book Boyfriends

It’s Valentine’s Day today where I live. I feel the romance in the air. What better way to celebrate romantic relationships by talking about (book) boyfriends?

As a fangirl, I get emotionally attached to characters that don’t exist in real life. I’d like to think I don’t have a lot of book boyfriends, but realistically, the list is endless. Book boyfriends shouldn’t be mistaken for OTPs (one true pairings), but they could be part of one.

I also made a post about my favorite OTPs, and you can click here to check it out.

Dorian Havilliard

Throne of Glass series by Sarah J. Maas

Dorian is super caring to all his friends. He seems like the type of person who’s super supportive and also knows how to have a good time.

Leo Valdez

The Heroes of Olympus series by Rick Riordan

I really value a person with a good sense of humor. Leo Valdez is definitely one of them. Ever since I read the Heroes of Olympus series, I’ve had a slight crush on him. He’s what keeps the demigod squad together. He’s hardworking, but never caves under pressure.

Kaz Brekker

Six of Crows series by Leigh Bardugo

He’s not a Heartrender, but he’s certainly a heartBREKKER! AHAHAHA ok I’ll stop.

Ezra Mason

The Illuminae Files by Amie Kaufman & Jay Kristoff

He’s the type of boyfriend that makes weird remarks but never fails to make you laugh or have a good time. When you’re having a bad day, without a doubt he will make you smile. Too bad he’s already taken.

Levi Stewart

Fangirl by Rainbow Rowell

Levi would definitely be someone I would love to have as a boyfriend. He’s super sweet, loyal, and funny. (I guess by now you can tell I like funny people to make up for the lack of funny jokes I can make. All I can make is cringe-worthy puns.) He’s the one you would want to cuddle up with during the winter and just watch a movie together.

Khalid

The Wrath & The Dawn series by Renee Ahdieh

Sure, Khalid has some angst. Heck, the first book was pretty angst-y if you ask me. However, there’s something mysterious about him that intrigues me. It’s kind of like one of those situations where you see a sharp, shiny object. You know you shouldn’t touch it, but you can’t help yourself because it’s so beautiful.

Until next time….

Avatar: The Last Airbender was one of my favorite shows growing up. Sokka was one of my favorite characters because he was so awkward and funny.
If you like Rainbow Rowell’s other works, you’re going to like Fangirl šŸ˜Š

I haven’t read ANY of Rainbow Rowell’s books before but lots of them sound interesting I figured I’d start with Fangirl but do think I should start with a different one?

I intended to compose you one little note to help say thanks over again on the superb tactics youā€™ve provided in this case. It is quite shockingly open-handed with you to deliver freely all that numerous people could have marketed for an electronic book to help make some profit on their own, chiefly seeing that you could have done it if you decided. Those strategies additionally worked like the great way to understand that someone else have the identical fervor really like my own to know lots more with respect to this condition. I know there are lots of more fun times ahead for many who see your blog post.
