August 2017 Wrap-Up | School time is here

The month of August went by way to quickly. I feel like summer just started yesterday and now I’m going back to school.

I’m a little bit overwhelmed with the workload (as I have never taken this many advanced classes at once), but I feel like after a couple weeks or so I’ll find a good routine.

For now, I’m going to take Lilly Singh’s advice and just HUSTLE!

Update on my life

School has just started and I’m getting acclimated to the new schedule of having to wake up early and go to class. Awkwardly enough, I had to get a schedule change on the first day of school because I was put in a class I already took last year, but thankfully it wasn’t too much trouble to change it and my counselor was very understanding of the situation.

Classes are… difficult, but like I said before, it’s probably because I’m taking more advanced classes this year. At first, I didn’t have any classes with my friends, but since the schedule change, I’ve got a couple. At least I’ve got that.

I’m going to be posting less since I’m going to become a lot busier but I have a goal to post something at least once a week. We’ll see how that goes.

Until next time….

Superwoman has inspired me to stop procrastinating and so far I’ve been getting a lot more sleep than I was last year 👌

Its great that your friends wont distract you in advanced classes – you’ll connect with new friends IN class, you can never have too many friends, but make sure to make time for them, too. One of my biggest regrets is not making more time for old friends. Hope you like your schedule! Great reads!

I’ll keep that in mind. Thanks for the advice 😊
