Thoughts

This series is so adorable! Volume 1 revolves around Charlie and his budding relationship with Nick, while this volume focuses more on Nick and him discovering himself and his sexuality.

One thing I said in my review for Heartstopper, Volume 1 is that I wanted to see more of Nick’s dog, Nellie. My prayers were answered, because there were more scenes with her in it in this volume! You can never go wrong with more dog content, and this series is no exception.

I don’t have much more to say other than you really need to read this series if you haven’t already! Each book is a fun, quick read, with an wide array of characters. There are so many different personalities that you feel like you’re living in the story. You fall in love with every character (except for a few dickheads) that you meet. One of my favorite underrated characters in this series is the rugby coach. She usually only appears once in each volume, but each time she’s great.

Overall, I highly recommend this to anyone who wants to read a cute graphic novel series. It has great pacing, so you never feel like the story is moving too fast or dragging along. The characters are great, and the story is just *chef’s kiss*

TL;DR

✅ easy to read
✅ cute art style and story
✅ amazing characters
✅ good pacing, never boring
