Zodiac Signs Book Tag

Hi peeps! Long time no see! It’s been around two (?) weeks since I last posted something but now I’m back! I no longer have exams (until May) so I’ll have a bit more time to blog!

And because I just got out of taking a whole bunch of exams I decided to start with something easy, which is a book tag.

I was tagged by the lovely Nimika @ Word Haven. Make sure to check out her blog filled with bookish posts and writing! Sorry I took so long to get to this….

The Rules:

zodiac.png1. Make a post of your own in which you share a book you believe matches with each zodiac sign, explaining why.
2. Copy the rules in your post.
3. Tag 5 to 10 bloggers to do the same at their turn. (Or more, who am I to stop you!)
4. Link the creator of the post, audreywritesabroad, in your post so she can see your answers! 🙂
5. You can use the header image I made if you want to. If you don’t like it and want to make one of your own, go ahead!
6. Have fun!

My Name in TBR Books Tag

image

I’ve been in a bit of a slump with blog posts. I haven’t been able to think of ideas of what to write that got me excited. Thankfully, Bookish Owlette tagged me in this awesome and challenging book tag. Thank you so much for tagging me! 😀

What you’re suppose to do is take your name and find a book on your TBR that starts with each letter of your name. Unfortunately for me, my blog name is rather long, but I never say no to a good challenge!

You’re Not Good Enough Book Tag

image

Well, this tag sounds cheery! When I first saw the title, I was super confused as to what it was about, so here’s a little description to clear things up:

You pick 30 fictional characters and write their names down on pieces of paper. You then pluck two names at a time out to answer a question – so there are 15 questions. The aim of the game is to pick the character that fits the criteria the best and by doing so find the character that is not “good enough” for the answer.

I was tagged by the lovely Orangutan Librarian. Make sure to check out her blog and give her some love! ❤

Hocus Pocus Book Tag

I have a confession to make: I’ve never watched Hocus Pocus. Okay, so hear me out. Although I grew up in America, I did not grow up in the American culture. So, I’ve never watched timeless movies like Princess Bride and Hocus Pocus. (Okay, I have watched Princess Bride, but only recently). I grew up without a TV, and my family never went to the movie theatres because there weren’t any nearby, which is why I had to turn to books for entertainment.

I was tagged by the lovely Laura over at The Book Corps. Make sure to check out her blog and send her some love!

The Rules:

There are no rules. It’s YOUR blog. But if would be nice if you linked back to Never Not Reading, and maybe the person who tagged you too. Share the love folks.

Feel free to use the GIFs used by Never Not Reading, the graphics made by Flavia the Bibliophile if you would like, both, or make and use your own visuals!

The Fall Book Tag

It’s already half way through November, which means fall is coming to an end.

(If you can’t tell, I really like the fall season.)

I’ve been pretty behind on blogging and reading in general, but when I saw that I was tagged to do the Fall Book Tag, I had to get onto it immediately… except I didn’t. These past couple weeks have been rough and I haven’t been able to get enough sleep, even on weekends. That’s why I’ve been struggling to keep up with everything. Also, I discovered the Webtoons app and have been obsessed with all the comics and stories on it ever since, putting me even more behind on work.

No excuses, though! I screwed my head on straight again and now I’m going to try and stop procrastinating to get my life back on track (and hopefully get a little bit more sleep).

I was tagged by the lovely Marta over at The Book Mermaid. Make sure to check out her blog and send her some love ❤

The Rules:

  • Please link back to Bionic Book Worm, as the creator of this tag!! She wants to see your answers!!
  • Use the graphics – if you want
  • Have fun!

Mid-Year Book Freak Out Tag

image

July has started, which means that we are in the second half of 2017. I totally forgot about this tag until I saw it pop up in several blogs. Since I had nothing better to do with my life at the moment, I decided to do it again this year. You can check out my take on this tag from 2016 here.

This tag was created by Read Like Wildfire and Elyjayne. Make sure to watch their videos and give them some love!

The Dim Sum Book Tag

I saw this tag on Anna’s blog (My Bookish Dream) and wanted to give it a try because I love dim sum. It’s been forever since I’ve eaten them, but man, they are delicious! If you haven’t tried them before, I highly encourage you find a place that sells them because you won’t be disappointed.

This tag was created by Joey @ Thoughts and Afterthoughts and Jenna @ Reading with Jenna. Dim sum is a style of Chinese cuisine whereby food is served in small (tapas-like) portions and is common during yum cha (which literally means: drinking tea). This tag is inspired by good company and good eats.

Here are some rules to devour this tag:

  1. Thank the blogger who nominated you, linking back to their site
  2. Devour dim sum and answer the tag questions
  3. Tag five others to join your round table for some dim sum fun
  4. Food coma

I wasn’t tagged by anyone but I saw this over on Anna’s blog, My Bookish Dream and wanted to give it a try because it looked like fun. Plus, I have a sweet tooth and love cookies.

  • In addition to linking back to the person who tagged you, it would be awesome if you link back to Nicole’s original post!
  • Pick a book that corresponds to the cookie’s ‘theme’.
  • Have fun!
  • Tag 1-3 people.
