Top 10 Books I Read in 2017

2017 is coming to an end… and thank goodness for that. It’s been a rough year, to say the least, but that didn’t stop me from reading some pretty freaking awesome books. I didn’t read as much as I wanted to this year, but that just means I’m going to try extra hard in 2018 to get to all the books I want to read.

Six of Crows Dating Profiles

I’ve been doing some brainstorming for some blog post ideas when I started thinking about what it would be like if fictional characters lived in the real world. Then I thought about my fangirling tendencies of shipping characters together.

I love shipping my OTPs and in real life that would mean dating. What better way to do that than online? I’ve never done online dating, but I can get a good idea of what people’s profiles look like. I just took the basic idea and put together a profile for each member of the Dregs in the Six of Crows series. I know that most of these characters already have a romantic partner, but I’d like to think they’d meet online if they were real.

(Notice: I know most of these characters are just teens, so think of these profiles as a part of a website meant for teenagers rather than adults.)

(Another notice: The artwork I used in this post aren’t mine. I made sure to link the artists’ websites to the picture as well as link it towards the bottom of this post.)

2016 Fall Book Haul

I got a lot more books that I expected to this season. My TBR pile is a mile high and I’m in a reading slump. That hasn’t stopped me from getting more books, though. I honestly have no self-control when it comes to books.

Fall Activities Book Tag

It’s finally starting to feel like fall where I live. After having a good six months of 90+ ˚F (32+ ˚C) weather, I’m about ready to bust out my sweaters and finally go outside without sweating buckets.

I was tagged by Heather over at The Sassy Book Geek. Thanks so much for tagging me! Don’t forget to check out her blog. She writes really thoughtful and honest reviews.

September Anticipated Releases

What the what!?! It’s already September? Am I the only one surprised?

Anyway, a new month means new book releases. Here are my anticipated releases of September. I’m especially excited for a certain book from a certain series from a certain author that I talk a lot about on this blog (*cough cough* Empire of Storms by Sarah J. Maas is going to be released soon and I’m figuratively peeing my pants while waiting.)

(All the synopsis are from Goodreads.)
