I’ve been reading a lot of graphic novels lately because 1) they’re like pictures book for adults and 2) they’re easy to read.
Because I don’t have much free time, I don’t want to start a new book because it’s likely that it’ll be a long time before I pick it up again. By then, I would have already forgotten what has happened, so what’s the point of even trying?

Anyway, out of all the graphic novels I have read recently, Nimona has climbed to the top of my list.
It’s written and illustrated by Noelle Stevenson, the same artist who created the Fangirl covers.

I’m not going to have a full blown summary because I feel like it’s best if you go into the story without knowing much about it.
Basically, a villian and his sidekick try to save humanity while doing evil things at the same time.
That’s all I’m going to give you. The rest you’re going to have to read to figure out.
I think that the artwork in the story is so cute, simple, and to the point. I believe that the characters in Nimona are from a mini cartoon series that Noelle Stevenson started online.
Overall, I think that this graphic novel was fantastic. From the story to the characters, there was nothing I had a problem with. I loved the whole thing so much, and I would recommend it to anyone and everyone who’s willing to set aside some time to read.
